About Us
Bodhi Yoga Studio, established in 2016, is a boutique yoga studio that offers a welcoming space for people to explore yoga and grow their practice in a way that suits their individual style, and preference. The studio is built on the pillars of traditional yoga, and classes are tailored to suit both the beginner, and the seasoned practitioner.
Our class offering includes Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin/Stretch, Meditation, Adaptive Yoga (for students with mobility issues), Yoga Basics, and Kids Yoga. In addition, we offer Yoga Teacher Trainings several times per year, as well as weekly events and workshops that feed our soul, mind, and body.
